Ask anyone who's pulled up a chair at Elks Lodge #2455 on Old Hunning Road and they'll tell you the same thing: the people here make it. Rated 4.4 stars across nearly 100 reviews, this lodge has earned its reputation one Friday fish fry at a time. The shrimp draws regulars back week after week, the green beans are made right, and the room fills up with the kind of easy conversation that's hard to find anywhere else.

The calendar at #2455 runs deep. Bingo nights pack the hall with first-timers and regulars alike. Line dancing draws families, including kids who can't wait to hit the floor. Community events rotate through the year, giving High Ridge, Missouri a consistent place to gather that doesn't require a reservation at some overpriced restaurant or a drive into the city.

This is a working lodge in the truest sense. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has been serving American communities since 1868, and Lodge #2455 carries that mission forward with the kind of hands-on hospitality that shows up in how members treat guests from the moment they walk in.

What We Offer

The lodge runs a full slate of public and member events throughout the week. Friday fish fry is the anchor, offering fried fish, shrimp, and home-style sides at prices that won't make you wince. It's the kind of meal that earns a second visit before you've finished the first.

Bingo nights are open to the public and run on a regular schedule, making them a reliable option for groups looking for a fun, low-key evening out. Line dancing brings in families and draws a crowd that spans generations. Beyond the weekly staples, the lodge hosts charitable fundraisers, holiday events, and community programs tied to the national Elks mission of supporting veterans, youth, and neighbors in need.

The lodge also offers a welcoming bar area and gathering space for members and their guests, making it a comfortable stop whether you're coming for an organized event or just to catch up with familiar faces.

"Few friends and myself looking for a nice place to play Bingo. Went for the first and last time! One of the female employees was extremely rude. No reason to treat paying customers so badly! Luckily, there’s more places out there that I’m sure will appreciate the business!!"

"Went here for a fish fry Friday and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Super friendly folks all over the place. Shrimp was really good, fish wasn’t bad. Green beans were pretty tasty and the fries were so-so. Dessert selection was excellent (and desserts have almost completely disappeared, to me, at fish fries since the pandemic started). I’d definitely go back."

"I'm sure it's a fun place. If you just moved in the area it's a good place to meet the local natives. I just go there for the fish fry. Although I don't care for the jalapeño hush puppies. But the atmosphere is always friendly warm and welcoming."
